“Her Wellness, Her Way: Women’s Health & Aging Well in Every Stage”
 
The Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce invites women of all ages to an inspiring and informative evening dedicated to understanding and supporting women’s health at every stage of life.

Hosted at the lively and welcoming PopStroke, Her Wellness, Her Way brings together a dynamic panel of healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurse practitioners, and experts in nutrition and pelvic health—for an engaging conversation about the realities of women’s health, aging well, and taking an active role in our own care.

The evening begins with a relaxed family-style dinner where guests will gather around tables to discuss guided questions about wellness, health experiences, and what women truly need to thrive as they move through different life stages. Following dinner, our expert panel—led by an experienced moderator—will share insights, practical advice, and the latest thinking around topics that matter most to women today. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the panel. Our expert panel will include:
