If you don't see it listed on our website, just ask! We will watch your home, run your errands, schedule your hvac/cleaning/pool/maintenance services- we'll even meet the service people for you! Need a restaurant reservation? Tickets to a performance? A day on the water? Need help with your upcoming event? Almost any 'chore' you want to avoid, we'll take care of it for you!

We offer a very detailed home watch/property management service for seasonal residents, and also offer the same detailed services if you go on vacation. We have a background in Property Management and have developed relationships with local contractors and service people. We can ensure that your home will be in the same or better condition when you return as it was when you left.
